| Welcome
to the Website of the
Cranberry Country Cruisers of the Tomah Area. We received our Charter September 26, 2005 and are
still growing. We started out with 5 Charter members and we now have
13 units and 24 members and
are always looking to add more (come check us out).
The Cranberry Country Cruisers is the local Chapter in the Tomah, WI area, but we have members from a large area around there. Our current officers are: Cheryl Keene, President; Jim DeVoe, Vice President; Diane Janechek, Secretary and Harold Janechek, Treasurer. We meet once a month, during the winter months (November - April) where we have a meeting/dinner social and in the summer (May - October) where we camp over a weekend and have our meeting, usually on Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. Our 2011 schedule has been posted to the website at this time, however; some of the dates may change, so if you're interested in visiting us, check the website for current changes or give me a call and I'll let you know where our next meeting will be. The website is currently being worked on but still has viable information about the Chapter, so feel free to check it out and keep in touch for updates. We would also like you to stop by our Guest Book and leave us a message that you visited. Our Chapter is trying to get back to the basics of camping and plans to do more sitting around the campfire than cooking in the camper. For those of you who have never heard of the Good Sam Club, it is an International camping club with members in every State and Provinces in Canada too. We also have a State Organization and there are 24 Chapters within the State of Wisconsin. You can check out the other Chapters by visiting the State website at www.wigoodsam.org. Being a member of the Good Sam Club doesn't mean you have to belong to a Chapter, but it is more fun and gives you more companionship. If you are interested in joining our Chapter, all you have to be is a member in good standing in the International Good Sam Club. If you aren't a member, we can help you become a member. When you become a member of our Chapter, you will pay $20.00 of which $15.00 will go to our Chapter for dues and $5.00 will be sent to the State Organization for their dues. We would like to have you visit us sometime, so check out our camping schedule and see if there's a time you can come along. Please feel welcome to just tag along, or call and we'll let you know where we'll be. Cheryl
