| The
Bay Sammers have about 25 units and we have a campout each month starting
in April thru October. We have a Christmas party in December. We have a
meeting at each campout. These last about one hour. We usually have our
outings from Friday to Sunday but the majority get together starting on
Thursday. We always have a golf outing on Friday morning. Saturday is
chapter day where we do things as a group and it depends on where we are
as to what we may do. We do tours, group fund raisers, attend plays, music
and whatever the area has to offer. We always have a group meal on
Saturday and this depends on who has volunteered their services. In April
we will have a Booyah supper. We have had catered meals {pig roasts} and
also the good old potlucks. We have a social committee that plans our
activities. We also play many card, board and outdoor games. We like to
have a campfire and good old social hour. I hope this gives you some idea
what our chapter does as a group. We mainly have fun and fellowship. |

the campground relies on our wagon master, for a firm count. He needs to
know if you plan to attend, or if your plans change. Please check which
nights you will be camping with the group to get an accurate count. Please
keep one copy for your records. There will be a golf outing planned for
each campout on that Friday for those interested. |
